PACKAGING

Each piece comes in a Torch Song gift box for safe travel and storage. Ready to be given as a present (to yourself or others).

SHIPPING

Our preferred shipping method is the good ol' United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer you the choice of Express (1-2 days), Priority (2-3 days), and First Class (2-7 days) and then we will insure the package unless you specifically request other instructions. Shipping time is in business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) and that time starts after processing. Please also note that the small handling fee covers the price of bubble mailers, jewelry boxes, etc. Orders will be processed 1-3 business days after payment, Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm orders placed after 6pm will start processing the following day. We will not process or ship any orders on national holidays; however, if you need an item within a certain window of time (for example – a rush delivery in time for a birthday), please contact us first and we will work with you to make your deadline.

Torch Song Metals is an independant collective of artists and every one of our items is carefully made by hand. Some of these items are made as you order. During the holiday season, Torch Song reserves the right to put your order on brief backorder – we will let you know immediately if we are out of stock, informing you of when we expect to ship your finished items, and if you prefer, we will grant you a full refund.

We combine shipping for multiple orders and ship worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note that if you are outside the United States, shipping can take an additional 1-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Please be patient - usually customs is responsible for the delay.

Also note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs there may be before purchasing international goods.

PAYMENT

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars). Payment can be made either with your PayPal account or with all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers.

JEWELRY CARE

All Torch song jewelry is handmade and given different finishes for stylistic effect. Some pieces are purposely antiqued in various gradients and should be cleaned with a jewelry cleaning cloth as a liquid or cream cleaner will remove this finish. Also, any piece containing pearls should never be dipped in a cleaner as it will harm the natural pearl surface. We recommend that you do not wear these pieces in the shower or a chlorinated pool since it can alter the oxidization levels. We also recommend that you do not sleep in these pieces since any loose jewelry can become entangled, snagged, and possibly broken – plus it is a precaution for your own safety.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with the reason and you may request a return approval code.  You must contact us within 30 DAYS from date of purchase- returns requests after this period will be denied. We will refund/issue a store credit for your purchase (minus shipping) upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition. You must include you return approval code with your returned item(s). All proofs of shipment (printed receipts from the post office) are filed and kept for six months or until you contact us confirming that your jewelry has arrived. Please note that all pieces are fully insured, and if you suspect your pieces were lost in the mail; please wait an adequate amount of time before contacting us. We will then submit a claim to USPS, and only after they confirm will we send you a new item free of charge. Sometimes it can be a long process, but this is to protect ourselves from false claims and to protect you from losing your item without reimbursement or a replacement.

Torch Song Metals values its customers and their privacy. Customer information is collected in an effort to improve the shopping experience and to notify customers about our products and promotions. Part of the beauty of PayPal is that your credit card information remains completely private, even from us.
